The Fantasy Gag features a phallic-shaped insert that will remind any submissive of their rightful place while you tease and torture them. They’re likely to be distracted by this gag, as it is much larger than standard ball gags.

It doesn’t seem like much, but believe me, this gag is a challenge! For testing purposes (okay, it was for my amusement), I had my partner try this gag out. His gag reflex is less trained than mine, and he was not able to bear this gag for more than a few seconds. I, other the other hand, gagged only after a few minutes. People with weaker gag reflexes can do much better than I!
This truly is a training gag for more experienced folks either looking for a challenge or a real punishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS A BEGINNER’S GAG. It’s a lot of fun, but will probably not bode well with first-timers.
The gag itself is made of 100% body-safe silicone which is completely sterilizable and safe to share with partners. Simply boil for five minutes, soak in a 10% bleach solution, put in the top rack of the dishwasher, or wash with soap and water (if not sharing). The silicone is a tad sticky so if you have a furry roommate like I do, you might get pet hair on it. However, it’s easily rinsed off before the next use!
The strap is made of leather and is attached by snaps (so you can wash it thoroughly without getting the leather wet) and Velcro.
Now, I wasn’t too keen on the Velcro at first, but when I started using it, it really made more sense to do Velcro. This way, the gag is fully adjustable–any sized head will fit this (may only apply to humans). In addition, it allows for a quick-release in case of emergency. Usually, I wouldn’t need such a thing but because this is a more intense gag, I’ve really liked the safety precaution to get it out of my mouth in a moment’s notice.
All in all, the Tantus Fantasy Gag is great gag for more experienced folks. I only forewarn that newbies try a standard ball gag before trying this out for size.
